Reform Pay Equity Initiative

Rabbi Marla Feldman co-edited the Fall 2018 CCAR Journal Symposium on Pay Equity along with Rabbi Mary Zamore. The directors of Women of Reform Judaism and the Women's Rabbinic Network, respectively, they serve as the co-conveners of the Reform Pay Equity Initiative. This curated collection of 12 articles covers numerous aspects of the continuing challenge of achieving pay equity for women within Reform Jewish congregations and organizations.
